Interior designer John Tanner got in touch with us after purchasing a small gardeners cottage on The Gunton Estate in  Norfolk. Keen to maximise space in the one bedroom cottage John commissioned Flint Property Services to create an extra bedroom to the rear of the living room. We realised his vision by creating a stud wall which was plastered and finished to a high standard before constructing a bespoke book case around the door.

Inside the newly created spare bedroom, we clad the walls with salvaged antique oak boards and designed and constructed a 'snug' bed.  Extra storage was provided underneath the built-in bed, which is accessed by lifting the near side up with a piece of rope.
